1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Healing Hands website and massage therapy services provided by Olga ("I", "my", or "me") located at 17 Pump Street, Londonderry, Northern Ireland. By booking an appointment or using my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Healing Hands provides professional therapeutic massage services including but not limited to:

• Swedish Massage
• Myofascial Facial Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Imperial Facial Massage
• Lymphatic Drainage Massage
• Osteoplastic Facial Massage
• Microcurrent Treatment

My services are therapeutic in nature and are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have any medical conditions, please consult with your healthcare provider before booking a massage.

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Booking

Appointments can be booked through my website, by phone, WhatsApp, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Confirmation

I will confirm your appointment within 24 hours of receiving your booking request. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from me.

3.3 Arrival Time

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for consultation and preparation. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Client

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee may apply.
• No-show: Full session fee may be charged.

4.2 Cancellation by Me

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your appointment, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or alternative appointment time.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. I accept:

• Cash
• Bank transfer
• Card payments

Prices are as displayed on my website or as quoted at the time of booking. I reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the original quoted price.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Health Declaration

You must inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or health concerns before your treatment. This includes pregnancy, recent surgeries, skin conditions, or any contraindications to massage therapy.

6.2 Contraindications

I reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment if I believe it may not be safe or appropriate for your condition. In such cases, I may recommend you seek medical advice before receiving massage therapy.

6.3 Hygiene

I maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Fresh linens are used for each client, and all equipment is sanitised between appointments.

7. Professional Boundaries

All treatments provided are strictly therapeutic and professional in nature. Any inappropriate behaviour or requests will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and you may be banned from future services.

8. Liability

I am a fully insured and certified massage therapist. However:

• I am not liable for any injury or adverse reaction if you have failed to disclose relevant health information.
• I am not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
• My liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Healing Hands and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without my written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on my website. Your continued use of my services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
